Hope you had a wonderful weekend!
I had a great time with my great friends here in LA. I had what was my first proper bonfire on the beach – amazing! I also tried S’mores for the first time which blew my mind. Basically you melt a marshmallow over the fire and then quickly sandwich it between two biscuits and a piece of chocolate so the hot marshmallow melts the chocolate. OMG WOW! Definitely not the healthiest snack but hey, it is a must try!
Sunday was spent at a family friends place, hanging in her back yard eating
delicious food and listening to amazing musicians. I wish I could play instruments and make up amazing songs on the spot. What a great gift and talent to have. I was so inspired by it, I basically just sat and listened for a few hours without moving! Which for me is not too common!
To kick this week off I have written down 6 daily objectives and put them on the fridge. Essentially a list of 6 things that I need to be doing everyday to make sure I am being 100% productive and taking actions to achieve all that I want to be achieving. I challenge you to do the same.
Pick 6 things that you want to do each day, write them on a piece of paper and put it somewhere that you will see it at least 2 or 3 times a day. Mine is on the fridge because I know for a fact that I end up there multiple times a day!
Some ideas might be, Exercise, eat healthy, stretch, network, research, write, email, smile….. pick 6 things that are achievable each day but that are also not things that you do anyway… that is cheating!
