Kimberley's Blog: Disneyland adventures

Hey team,

How are you all? I have had a pretty exciting couple of days.

Katie and I went to the Gavin DeGraw and Colbie Caillat concert in LA on Sunday night. I was blown away by how entertaining they both were. I love it when artists tell stories about why they wrote a song or who they wrote it about and when etc. It’s so nice to have someone be so open to a large audience. They also did a bunch of duets which I thought was pretty cool.

The highlight of the night though was sitting a few rows back from an Olympic gold medalist. We spotted the medal before we spotted her… Katie turned to me and said “weird, that looks like a gold medal…. OMG it is!” – I am a huge fan of Olympic athletes and to be honest I was super star struck and nervous about asking for a photo, but we did and held the medal in its beautiful purple case… ahhh so amazing!!!

Monday was just as exciting. Becca from KimberleyCrossman.com is in town and we headed to Disneyland to have a day filled with candy and rollercoasters. I came to they realisation that I am a rollercoaster junkie, I love them so much! We ate far too much sugar and danced around the entire day wearing massive smiles. It really is the happiest place on earth!!!

It was back to business today, I had class most of the day followed by a big audition at Warner Brothers. I think it went really well. I had a bunch of fun and left with a spring in my step.
