How to create a vision board

For me the definition of a vision board is something you can look at that represents all the things and feelings you want to have in your life.

Images are a great way to physicalise what it is internally that you desire. The health, the wealth, the relationship, the career.

By clearly identifying what it is you desire you can now create a vision board using images, quotes and photos. Simple images that mean something deeper to you – a mental representation of what it means to you. Find an image of the holiday destination you want to travel to, images of the relationship you want, quotes that inspire you, role models and career goals.

Get creative. This should be fun! Cut and paste, use glitter and colours.

By visualising what it is you want in your life you can attract the things you want to achieve. Visualise already having achieved them, what will it feel like? Hold on to the feeling of already having acquired all that you want.

Once you have created your vision board – put it somewhere you can see it everyday – look at it when you wake up and when you go to bed. Take actions each day towards making your vision board an accurate representation of your life.
