I guess it depends on your pain threshold as well? After the first few times you get really used to it.

Have you considered using an epilator? They are like an electronic shaver except they pluck the hairs out rather than just shave them on the surface - like a shave and wax all in one! I use a great one by Braun that you can use in the bath so it hurts less :)

is an epilator lyk waxing??ii mean does the same sorta thing lyk pullin the hairs from the roots??

i have an epilator its great it hurts heppz at the start but the pain gets less and less the more u do it!

Well, waxing does last long, it definitely doesn't last 4-6 weeks for me, hairs start growing back after a week but just random ones not all at once! I use an epilator now, it is like waxing but more painful as the process is slower, plucking the hairs one by one. I think it is best for underarms. I think shaving is best for the legs, you could get them professionally waxed but it would cost a lot over time, and epilating legs takes forever.

I prefer shaving as its quicker and easier to do :) Epilators hurt me so so much! I tried it once and I never will again haha!

epilator are a massive fail - I've tried and it hurts way more than waxing and is less effective.

You should get a professional waxing - they hurt less than if you do it yourself and they get all the hair out that you can possibly get out. I tell you go for it. I'm a big waxing fan!

ii h8 havn tew wait foa the regrowth when waxin, coz aht skool we wear skirts and in summer iihts hard tew hide ur legs

how does an eplicator work. is iiht hard tew use??

waxing is way better then shaving as over time it thins out your hairs and it doesnt hurt as much i would definitly reccomend waxing.

ps: waxing hurts like the 1st time then it doesnt you just cant wait ages to get it done again every 4-6 weeks is really good, and although it does cost to get it done if you weigh up the cost of buying a shaver to shave every week it works out cheaper to get a waxed once a month.

oh and epilator is the same as waxing as over time it doesnt hurt as much its like a little handheld machine that plugs into the wall andyou just run it over the area you want waxed and it pulls the hair out.

i shave nd yea i is a bit of a pain having to do it so often i say go with waxing or get an epilator causeit lasts long so it 1 less thing to worry about for bout 5 weeks

you should use that veet thing it's like waxing and shve and it's impossible to cut yourself xoxo
