Flavour: Latest food discoveries
Albie is back with three of her favourite food discoveries over the last few months.
Symbio pro balance yoghurt
Symbio is a low fat and probiotic yoghurt – which is great for digestive health. I discovered this recently after I decided I wanted to increase my fibre intake and be a bit more “regular”. Since introducing the Symbio yoghurt into my diet I have honestly noticed a huge change in my digestive health. I highly recommend this yoghurt to you all!
Eta Uppercuts Corn Tapas served with Lisa’s Feta Mint and Fresh Cucumber Dip
In December I hosted a dinner party for my birthday and when shopping for snacks I found these in the supermarket. I liked the combination of Eta Corn Tapa’s and Lisa’s Feta and Mint Dip because they seemed a little bit fancier than the usual chips and kiwi dip. Since then I have brought them to every dinner party and BBQ that I have been to this summer.
After some investigation I discovered that not only do the Eta Corn Tapa’s taste great they are actually slightly lower in calories than normal Eta Kettles Potato chips. Every little bit counts right?!
Griffins Collisions – Mallow Puff and Mint Treat
Word of advice – don’t ever go supermarket shopping when you are really hungry! I saw these on the shelf at Countdown and just had to grab them. Just between you and me I even naughtily ate one in the car on the way home! Absolutely delicious – in moderation though (lucky I have been eating the Eta Corn Tapa’s which have less calories).
